Online Classes at Epic Driving School

 

We have designed our on-line class calendar with you in mind. We get it! With so many after-school activities and work commitments, student drivers deserve a driver education program that takes their education and schedule into account. We want our classes to be part of the solution, not an obstacle along the way. It starts with flexibility; each class has a separate topic allowing students to start at any time, from any class and take classes in any order. We want our program to be comprehensive by incorporating the Department of Motor Vehicle’s driver manual and guideless as well as up-to-date driver education principles. It must also be interactive with a live teacher to address any questions or concerns immediately. We also want to foster engagement with activities and videos for our students to have a hands-on experience transitioning them into our driving lessons seamlessly. Online Classes Schedule

Regular Classes:

Mondays         3:00pm to 5:00pm - 5:30pm to 7:30pm    

Tuesdays        3:00pm to 5:00pm - 5:30pm to 7:30pm - 7:30pm to 9:30pm

Wednesdays  3:00pm to 5:00pm - 5:30pm to 7:30pm 

Thursdays      3:00pm to 5:00pm - 5:30pm to 7:30pm  - 7:30pm to 9:30pm 

​Saturdays       9:00am to 11:00am - 11:00am to 1:00pm - 1:00pm to 3:00pm - 3:00pm to 5:00pm

Sundays          9:00am to 11:00am - 11:00am to 1:00pm

Accelerated Driver Education Programs:

One-week programs 9:00am to 1:00pm

Finish 28 hours in 7 days:    9am to 11am & 11am to 1pm

Driver Behavior Classes

CLASS A                   Trusting other drivers, distances, tailgating, road rage, overconfidence

CLASS B                   Speeding, move-over law, distractions, construction zones, seat belt

CLASS C                   Driving under the influence of alcohol and peer pressure

CLASS D                   Driving under the influence of other drugs, drowsiness, health issues

Driver Skill Classes

 

CLASS 01                 Intro to drivers ed, risks, decision making, pre-entry, pre-drive checks

CLASS 02                 Engine function, moving the vehicle, pulling over, stopping & securing

CLASS 03                 Traffic signs, lights and pavement markings

CLASS 04                 Vision/space management, stopping distances, lane positions

CLASS 05                 Intersections, lane changes, turning-around maneuvers, parking, passing

CLASS 06                 Driving environments: Highway, city driving, county roads, rural

CLASS 07                 Sharing the road: pedestrians, motorcycles, trucks, ambulances, police, etc

CLASS 08                 Handling bad weather: black ice, snow, night driving, wind, fog, etc

CLASS 09                 Physics of driving, reacting to emergencies, maintenance

CLASS 10                 Road test overview and point system
